FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you ever use silver or stainless steel findings?
All my findings are gold or gold-plated brass. As part of the aesthetics I try to maintain, I will not be using silver or stainless steel findings.
Are your earrings heavy?
Polymer clay is incredibly lightweight. While some earrings may be big, you may barely even notice you're wearing them. If there are ever earrings that I find are slightly heavier than normal, I make sure to say so in the item description.
Why do you not accept returns or refunds?
All my jewelry is handmade, meaning it will come with imperfections. While I strive to create well-made and beautiful jewelry, I still find beauty in the pieces that may have scratches, air bubbles, uneven edges, and other things that keep other people up at night. Every imperfection make your piece that much more unique and, with proper care, your pieces will last forever.
How should I care for my earrings?
You should keep your earrings in a cool, dry and dark place like a jewelry box or soft pouch to prevent sun damage and fading. While a little bit of water will not ruin them, you should not wear your earrings in the shower, while swimming or exercising. If your earrings have resin, you can use a microfiber cleaning cloth similar to what you would use for eye glasses (all earrings with resin come with a microfiber cloth).
